Come Live Well With Us

Living Well Fellowship is an opportunity to grow in Christ, build friendships, and stay connected with the people and resources in our community. Designed especially with retirees in mind, it is open to anyone in our community who would enjoy Christian fellowship and encouragement.

We meet once a month on a Monday at 10:00 AM for about an hour and a half. Meeting dates may vary from month to month, so be sure to check below for the latest gathering information.

Next Living Well Fellowship

Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM

Our first gathering will feature a short devotion from Mike Haskett, Preaching Elder, followed by a guest speaker from the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office discussing community safety, scams, and staying informed.

We’d love to have you join us!

What to Expect

Each Living Well Fellowship gathering includes a Christ-centered devotional, time to connect with other believers, and opportunities to hear from guest speakers who bring helpful information and resources from throughout our community.

Community guests may include representatives from organizations such as the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office, Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital, and other local agencies, ministries, and community organizations.

The atmosphere is welcoming and informal. Come ready to learn, encourage one another, enjoy conversation, and spend time with people who share a desire to follow Christ and live well.

Who Is Living Well For?

Living Well Fellowship is especially geared toward retirees and older adults, but you do not have to be retired to attend.

We also want this gathering to provide a place of Christian community for people whose schedules may make traditional Sunday worship difficult—including those who work weekends or Sundays.

Whether you are retired, working an unusual schedule, looking for Christian fellowship during the week, or simply interested in the month's devotional or guest speaker, you are welcome to join us.
